COOKING WITH ERICA

I was born and raised in Rome, where Sundays smelled like ragù and fresh pasta being made by hand. Cooking has always been my way of staying connected to my roots and showing love to those around me.

After moving to Toronto, I began inviting friends over to teach them the dishes I grew up with. What started around my kitchen table soon became a way to share my culture, memories, and passion for Italian cooking with others.
